I stedet for blomster / Instead of flowers

Jeg har bagt knækbrød for 1. gang. Det bliver ikke sidste, for det smager skønt.

Her er opskriften:

Ingredienser:
1dl.Hørfrø
1dl.Sesamfrø
1dl.Solsikkekerner *
1dl.Grønne græskarkerner *
1dl.Havregryn, finvalsede
3.5dl.Hvedemel
1.25dl.Olie
2tsk.Groft salt
1tsk.Bagepulver
2dl.Vand

Forklaring:

Enkelt og simpelt.
Forvarm ovn ved 175 grader C. alm. ovn.

Alle ingredienser blandes sammen. Det har ikke nogen betydning for smagen, hvilken rækkefølge det puttes i. Ingredienserne røres godt sammen.

Dejen deles op i 3. Lægges ud på et stykke bagepapir. Herefter kommes endnu et stykke bagepapir ovenpå, da konsistensen er meget klistret og derfor vil sætte sig fast til kagerullen. Dejen rulles ud til alle fire kanter, så dejen er tynd.

Tag det øverste bagepapir af og brug en pizzaskærer/kniv til at skære formerne på dine knækbrød. Derefter puttes det på en bageplade og ind i ovnen. Bages i 12-15 minutter eller indtil at knækbrødene er let gyldenbrune.

Kan puttes i kagedåser og gemmes længe.

Here is the recipe for crispbread:

ingredients:
1 dl. flaxseed
1 dl. sesame seeds
1 dl. Sunflower seeds *
1 dl. Green pumpkin seeds *
1 dl. Oatmeal
3.5 dl. Wheat flour
1.25 dl. Oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 dl. Water
 


Explanation:
Easy and simple.
Preheat oven at 175 degrees C.

All the ingredients are mixed together. It has no bearing on the taste, the order in which it is put in. Stir ingredients together well.

The dough is divided into 3 on a piece of wax paper. Then put another piece of wax paper on top, as the texture is very sticky and therefore will stick. The dough is rolled out to all four edges so that the dough is thin.

Remove the top baking paper and use a pizza cutter / knife to cut the shapes on your crispbread. Then put it on a baking sheet and into the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crisp bread  are light golden brown.

Can be put in cake tins and stored for long.

whoa. you guys got a slightly bigger haul of asparagus than I did! I'll expect some flat bread and maybe a frittata on thursday.
