I stedet holder jeg mig beskæftiget med at gøre forårsrent. Det er også en god måde at sige goddag til sit hus på. Om dagen er vi nogle gange oppe på 2-cifrede varmegrader og det ses, når man går tur i haven. Se bare her:

|orientalsk valmue/ oriental poppy|
|hjemmelavede pelargonier/homemade geranium|
How convenient that I live in Højbjerg both in Denmark and Italy. Then it's easier to find out where home is. It takes max. 1 day or so, we are "home", whether it be here or there. And there is always plenty to do. We still have cold nights and we will not start heating up the greenhouse. So we have to wait with seeding in pots. It's hard! So far the shelves are empty, apart from the small wren, which unfortunately hit the glass in our new greenhouse.
Instead I keep myself busy doing spring cleaning. It is also a good way to say hello to our house. By day, we sometimes have 2-digit temperatures and it is starting to show, when walking in the garden. See the pictures above. Out there it is OK to start cleaning up and make it look nice.
Some plants are better than others at making it through a loooong winter. My hydrangeas do not look so good. Time will show if they will survive. But have a look at my homemade geranium. They almost cannot wait to get out.
Welcome spring. We've waited a long time.
