Hvor har vi spist meget salat, lavet af hvad have og drivhus kunne byde på. Det er stadig skønt, men man trænger ind imellem til variation. Så i dag har jeg lavet krydderurte-tærte og den skal I da have opskriften på.
Læg butterdej i bunden af et tærtefad. Forbag til dejen har taget farve. Læg krydderurter efter eget valg ovenpå. Jeg brugte dild, kørvel, estragon, persille, merian, spæde rødbedeblade, koriander og løvstikke. Lav en blanding af 3 - 4 æg, 1 lille bæger creme fraiche eller hytteost, salt og peber og hæld over. Tryk urterne ned i æggeblandingen og læg evt. strimler af butterdej ovenpå. Bag videre i ovnen ved 175 grader i 20 - 30 minutter. Det var det. Vi spiste lammekotelletter og nye kartofler til.
Despite a fairly large garden, I could not find space to put potatoes. Instead I have put them in 3 black plastic buckets. Maybe it is not just a crazy idea to grow potatoes in a bucket, because when you earth them, you just pour more soil in the bucket. Smart!
We have been eating lots of salads, made of what the garden and greenhouse could provide. It's still great, but occasionally you need variation. So today I made herb tart and here is the recipe.
Place puff pastry on the bottom of a dish. Pre-bake the dough until it has taken a bit colour. Add herbs of your choice on top. I used dill, chervil, tarragon, parsley, marjoram, baby beetroot leaves,coriander and lovage. Make a mixture of 3 - 4 eggs, 1 small cup of sour cream or cottage cheese, salt and pepper and pour over.Press the herbs into the egg mixture and place strips of puff pastry on top. Put the tart in the oven at 175 degrees C for 20 - 30 minutes. That was it. We ate it with lamb chops and new potatoes.
