We're back in Denmark after a wonderful vacation in Italy. and then what's the first sight we see? Correct; tomatoes! Loads of tomatoes in our greenhouse. They're just so good and taste so sweet. Not like the "sexless" artificially driven tomatoes, you sometimes can buy at the supermarket. We pick a small basket full every day.
And the delicate Bishops Crown Chilies and the fragrance from the last English Roses. It's nice to sit in the greenhouse, knitting and keeping warm despite the wind and only 12 - 15 C outside. Just a little bit of sun and you have 20 - 25 C inside the greenhouse.
In the backyard we harvest apples and nuts and in the forest there are still some Bolitus, hedgehog funghi , the last chanterelles and the first chanterelles infundibuliformis and Horn of plenty (the black one).
De her er IKKE spiselige, men utroligt smukke These are NOT edible but never the less very very pretty |
